The 3 contest instrumentals provided by Maloney, Devious Dreams and Taco On The Beat will be uploaded at midnight on April 3rd as soon as the contest officially goes live!! All three beats are the same tempo, with the same percussion structure to the Classified beat to ensure that the winners verse will be a perfect fit.
RULES:
The rules have been provided on the flyer and are quite straight forward but we have listed them in a bit finer detail here.
1) Download the beat of your choice from the link we provide at midnight on April 3rd.
2) Though we encourage artists to have fun, you can make numerous entries if you wish but… YOU WILL ONLY BE JUDGED ON YOUR FIRST 16 BAR ENTRY. Anything over that or additional entries are for fun & promotional purposes only and will have no effect on final judgement. ENTRY MUST BE ON ONE OF THE THREE PROVIDED BEATS TO QUALIFY.
3) YOU MUST UPLOAD YOUR ENTRY IN VIDEO FORMAT DIRECTLY TO THIS GROUP (if you upload it on your profile or on a third party site and share it to the group, it WILL NOT qualify. We do this because when it comes time to judging, we need to be able to access all entries easily in the video segment of this group). If you are camera shy, you can upload just the audio as long as it’s in video format (though, presentation is key and this may work against you in time of judging so it would work in your benefit to just upload a video).
4) YOU MUST USE THE HASHTAG #BWR500CONTEST WHEN UPLOADING YOUR ENTRY (once again, for insurance purposes to make sure we do not miss any entries when judging)
5) YOU MUST FOLLOW @breakingwreckords ON INSTAGRAM, LIKE/FOLLOW THE ‘Breaking Wreckords’ FACEBOOK PAGE (the page that made this post, so easiest way is go click it right now and press like / follow) AND SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEW YOUTUBE PAGE “Breaking Wreckords Radio - Clips”. Failure in any of these three requirements when judging begins will disqualify your entry. Very simple. No reason not to do a few minimal clicks to make sure you qualify and show your support!
